TEMPORARY IDENTITY NOTE (valid for 180 days)
Requirements:

- Company headed letter with the following information: applicant’s name, Passport/ID used at moment of arrival to the country, job position and description that will be carried out and duration of position (cannot be longer than 180 days).
- A company notarized certificate showing its validity date, legal status, object, address, number at BPS and DGI, board of directors, trustees and their seniority appointment, assessment on Commerce Law # 17.904 and details of the representation in the country and prosecutorial powers, if any.
- A photocopy of the applicant’s Passport/ID used at moment of arrival to the country.
- Revalidated Immunization Certificate (Valid Tetanus and MMR – Measles, Mumps and Rubella)

TEMPORARY RESIDENCY (valid for a maximum of 2 years)
Note: it can be renewed and you can change categories.
Requirements:

• - Passport-sized photos (2)
• - Passport used at moment of arrival to the country
• - Health Card (we will schedule an appointment for the applicant)
• - Proof of Income (POI): a notarized income certificate showing applicant’s monthly income and the position held at applicant’s job. Moreover, applicant will need to provide information on the Company such as: legal status, object, address, number at BPS and DGI, board of directors, trustees and their seniority appointment, assessment on Commerce Law # 17.904 and Central Bank communication following Law # 18.930; employee roster and personal file.
• - Police Clearance Records from the country of origin and the countries (if different) where the applicant has lived on for the last 5 years, apostilled/legalized.
• - Birth Certificate apostilled/legalized.
• - Revalidated Immunization Certificate (Valid Tetanus and MMR – Measles, Mumps and Rubella for adults + BCG, HB-DPT-Hib, Polio, MMR, Chicken pox, Pneumococcal, Hepatitis Type A, DPAT, DT for children).

MERCOSUR RESIDENCY - Argentina, Brasil, Paraguay, Bolivia, Chile, Ecuador, Perú and Venezuela – (Valid for 2 years)

• - Police Clearance Records from the country of origin and the countries (if different) where the applicant has lived on for the last 5 years, apostilled/legalized.
• - Birth Certificate apostilled/legalized.
• - Revalidated Immunization Certificate (Valid Tetanus and MMR – Measles, Mumps and Rubella for adults + BCG, HB-DPT-Hib, Polio, MMR, Chicken pox, Pneumococcal, Hepatitis Type A, DPAT, DT for children).
• POI IS NOT REQUIRED.
• Temporary and MERCOSUR Residency categories can be granted in approximately 3 months.
